At MoLo Innovations Group, we believe transparency is the foundation of mobility. This policy covers how we handle data across our subsidiaries: MoBuddy Digital (Fleet & Logistics) and AutoCraft (Retail Maintenance).

2. Information We Collect

To power our "Intelligent Pairing" and "CarScore" systems, we collect:

• Personal Identifiers: Name, Email, and Phone Number
• Vehicle Intelligence: VIN, License Plate, Make/Model, and detailed Repair History
• Professional Data (MoBuddy only): Driver certifications, MoLingo training progress, and performance metrics

3. The "Intelligent Pairing" Data Flow

By using our platforms, you acknowledge that your data may be shared within the MoLo Innovations Group ecosystem:

• AutoCraft Users: Your vehicle data is used to generate a CarScore and is shared only with the specific Verified Specialist or Spare Parts Seller you are paired with
• MoBuddy Partners: Driver data is shared with corporate fleet managers only after successful MoLingo certification

4. Payment Security & Escrow

We do not store full credit card details on our servers. All financial transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors (Paystack/Flutterwave). Funds held in Escrow are protected and only released to service providers upon your digital authorization or OTP verification.

5. No Third-Party Selling

We are a "No-Sale" organization. We will never sell your personal or vehicle data to insurance companies, marketers, or external third parties without an explicit, separate opt-in from you.

6. NDPR Compliance & Your Rights

In accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), you have the right to:

• Access and port your vehicle history data
• Withdraw consent for specific "Pairing" services
• Request the permanent deletion of your profile
