Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 2026

1. The Ecosystem Defined

By using our services, you are entering into an agreement with MoLo Innovations Group. These terms govern your use of:

  • AutoCraft: Our B2C retail marketplace for vehicle maintenance, parts pairing, and documentation
  • MoBuddy Digital: Our B2B logistics engine for Driver-as-a-Service (DaaS) and fleet management

2. The "Intelligent Pairing" Disclaimer

MoLo Innovations Group provides a matching technology.

  • AutoCraft: We pair you with independent specialists. We do not employ mechanics or spare parts sellers. The service provider is solely responsible for the quality of work and the authenticity of parts
  • MoBuddy: We pair logistics firms with certified drivers. While we facilitate MoLingo Certification, the final employment or contracting relationship is between the driver and the fleet operator

3. The Escrow & Payment Protocol

To bridge the "Integrity Gap," we utilize a secure payment vault:

  • Authorization: For AutoCraft repairs, funds are debited upon booking and held in escrow
  • Release: Funds are released to the provider ONLY when: The User provides a unique Job Completion OTP to the provider OR The User clicks "Confirm Completion" in the app
  • Automatic Release: If no dispute is logged, funds are automatically released 48 hours after the provider marks the job as "Complete"

4. Dispute Resolution & "CarScore" Integrity

  • Dispute Window: You have 48 hours from the time a job is marked "Complete" to hit the "Dispute" button
  • Investigation: MoLo Innovations Group will review the CarScore Diagnostic versus the final repair. We reserve the right to withhold escrow funds, mediate re-work, or issue a partial refund
  • Finality: Once funds are released from escrow, the transaction is considered settled and non-refundable through the platform

5. MoLingo & Driver Conduct (B2B)

Drivers using the MoBuddy platform must maintain their MoLingo Certification status. Any breach of professional conduct or safety protocols will result in immediate removal from the pairing pool and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

MoLo Innovations Group's total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the Service Fee (our commission) paid for that specific transaction. We are not liable for:

  • Secondary vehicle damage
  • Loss of income due to vehicle downtime
  • The performance of parts sold by third-party vendors

7. User Obligations

You must provide accurate VIN, License Plate, and Fleet data. Provision of fraudulent data to "game" the CarScore or Escrow system will lead to immediate account termination and potential legal action.
